Perhaps you’ve always dreamed of getting married barefoot on a beach, or in wellies in a field, or even on a boat? Let’s do it!
Working with me means you really can get married wherever you like, in a beautiful ceremony that is a true reflection of your relationship.
What's involved?
When we first meet we’ll just spend some time getting to know each other so I can find out more about you, your relationship, and your wishes for your ceremony. Some couples have lots of ideas, and some aren’t quite sure what they want yet, that’s totally fine – we’ve got plenty of time to create something amazing.
Once you’ve confirmed the booking, I’ll write your bespoke ceremony script including lots of stories about you and your relationship. With my experience I can make suggestions, and together we’ll create something that feels right for you. I can also support you with writing vows, and help out any family or friends who you would like to do a reading.
A couple of months before your date I’ll send you a first draft of your ceremony. Unlike with a registrar, you get lots of input and your feedback is welcome. We’ll work together until you’re 100% happy with the result.
We’ll meet again closer to the day and confirm all of the choreography of your ceremony; music, entrances, exits, who stands where, and how to get the most from your photographer. This is where I think of myself as the stage manager of your ceremony, I’ll make sure everything flows smoothly so you just turn up and have an incredible time.
On the day I will arrive nice and early to coordinate with the venue, any other suppliers, and to make sure any best men, groomsmen, bridesmaids and readers know exactly what they’re doing.
I’ll conduct your ceremony as planned, delivering a beautiful and memorable performance that will have your friends and family laughing and crying happy tears.
Afterwards you’ll get a gorgeous copy of the ceremony script and readings to treasure forever.

* My fees cover all of the above and travel within London and the M25. I am happy to travel outside London if expenses are covered and we can discuss this at the time of booking.
